Hi!  I am trying to determine the logic for search results in Genesys.  If we have more than 10 articles with the same search phrase, how is it determined what 10 results will appear?

If the Phrases are added then the knowledge articles should appear. But generally it looks for content in each article. You can review this document here for more info.
