  • 1.  Searching agent name system using embedded softphone takes too long

    My development team is using GC's embedded softphone on their CRM system, but the system takes too long to search for a name or extension number. Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

    Hello Gary,

    That certainly does sound odd. Have you tried testing with a smaller file?
