What you are looking for is a current limitation. The 'has evaluated scored' filter in primarily based on the interaction date rather than the evaluation completion date.
The best current approach I believe is the "My Assigned Evaluations" view which shows completed evaluations. You may need to extend your date range to include Dec interactions.
The next best step would be to submit/vote on enhancement requests in our ideas portal. I took a look just now and there are tons of ideas for improving our evaluations section of GC.

We're looking to get a more accurate reading of completed evaluations from the workspace analytics view.
Currently, we can filter by 'has evaluated scored' which for the most part matches the amount of evaluations done in the evaluator view.
The outlier is when you select a date range for interactions, for eg the month of January, we are finding that if an evaluation for a call in December is evaluated in January, that will not show up if you download a report of the January interactions.
Is there a way to filter or report on the evaluation date so that report contains all evaluations done in January, regardless of when the call was?
Or is there a better way to report on completed evaluations within genesys?
