We're looking to get a more accurate reading of completed evaluations from the workspace analytics view.
Currently, we can filter by 'has evaluated scored' which for the most part matches the amount of evaluations done in the evaluator view.
The outlier is when you select a date range for interactions, for eg the month of January, we are finding that if an evaluation for a call in December is evaluated in January, that will not show up if you download a report of the January interactions.
Is there a way to filter or report on the evaluation date so that report contains all evaluations done in January, regardless of when the call was?
Or is there a better way to report on completed evaluations within genesys?
