    Good morning,

    Our agents no longer have secondary statuses that were created when onboarding the platform.  Statuses that were created to have impact to adherence are no longer under the correct primary statuses.  Is anyone having this issue?  What was done to correct the issue?  The error message below is being received. Our administrators are stating that no action has been done on their side.

    When you look at the Status settings as shown in this RC Article do you see any hidden deactivated statuses?

    Do the secondary statuses have Divisions assigned other than All, and are the agents still assigned to those Divisions?

    Hi George, thank you for your response.  Our organization is all under one division.  We are a credit union.  I have shared the RC Article with our administrators. Hoping that this is all that is needed.  From your experience, what would cause the change to the settings from one day to the next?

    Nothing should cause a change...but today you probably had feature updates from Monday apply to your organization as part of the rollout. 

    You should open a Support case, since you are not alone.

    Also, if you have someone who feels comfortable looking at the browser Console Logs it might show a bit more info on what is happening.
