Hello, 

We are in the process of reworking our status codes in Genesys Cloud. Genesys has the ability to map a code to a specific division. However, it seems to only map to one division or all divisions. Is there a way to assign multiple divisions to a status code, but not all. 

We have some codes used in multiple divisions, but should not be used in others. We also cannot duplicate the codes and map them by division as they all must have seperate names. 

Any advice for how other orgs have handled this?

Hi Aaron,

yeah, the system doesn't allow the use of 2 or more divisions in the same Secondary Status. My "workaround" was creating one secondary status per division, unfortunately :|.
