  • 1.  Secondary status view to other agents

    When an agent selects a status such as busy it only displays the main status to other agents is there a way for agents to see  if an agent has chosen a secondary status under a main status i.e. such as Busy? Currently when an agent chooses the Busy status and selects the secondary status under Busy it only shows the agent in Busy status not the secondary status

    Hi Martin,

    We currently only have the ability to look at the seconday status of agents from a reporting perspective, however there was a very recent feature request submitted in the Genesys Cloud Ideas portal under https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ANLS-I-1242

    This asks for the secondary status to be visible from either a Public Dashboard or Team Dashboard view. You may vote for this feature request but most importantly, adding comments for your specific use case will provide much needed context for our product teams.
