I create this thread because we are blocked in our development of the secure call.
We want to use the secure call system to collect bank information such as credit card and Iban to make payment. The problem arises at the level of the iban, our customers will be able to enter their Iban from the keyboard of their telephone but cannot enter letters.
We are therefore blocked from recognizing the BIC code as well as the Iban country code.
Has anyone ever used secure call this way and could help us solve this problem ?
