  • 1.  Secure IVR Voice Entry

    We have a secure payment IVR setup that is working with DTMF input only.  I have been asked if we can implement Voice input as well as DTMF for this secure IVR.  I cannot get voice to work and cannot find anything in writing that states it will or will not work.  Anyone have any experience getting voice input to work in secure IVR's?

    Hi Derek,

    Nuance Recognizer as a Service overview could work for you, not sure if others have further input on this.
