  • 1.  Secure Pause

    We have been having issues with the Secure Pause button feature.  Sometimes it works but sometimes it does not.  We cannot find and issue or pattern.  Have others experienced this at all?   We've been capturing logs with ttech but haven't found the problem.

    Mike,

    Can you get me the CTN and the person helping you?  I'll follow-up.  Is this on calls or other channels?  Are all calls recorded?

    Thank you Robert, its only for calls.  We are using the secure pause to pause the recording but cannot take payments when it does not work.   We have been working with Dawn Zielenski and it is just a post go live ticket number 7 (issue id) for First Source FCU.  No ctn because we have newly gone live last month

    At this point it comes down to a console and network log at the time it happens, which is probably going to be heard to capture.  Is there any pattern that would allow at least the console log capture?  @Dawn Zielinski, can you contact me about this internally?
