At this point it comes down to a console and network log at the time it happens, which is probably going to be heard to capture. Is there any pattern that would allow at least the console log capture? @Dawn Zielinski, can you contact me about this internally?

We have been having issues with the Secure Pause button feature. Sometimes it works but sometimes it does not. We cannot find and issue or pattern. Have others experienced this at all? We've been capturing logs with ttech but haven't found the problem.
