Customer has raised below security concern.

• Chat window allows users to share files. Documents feature allows them to upload files. During the review it was found that users can upload/exchange files with ".exe" extension as well and the maximum size limit is 2 GB. Can we implement restrictions on file size and file extensions? or disable these features at all?

There is no way to restrict the file types and file size for uploads to a user's workspace.

You would have to remove the content_management_user permission from users you do not want to be able to use the Documents feature.
