There is no way to restrict the file types and file size for uploads to a user's workspace.
You would have to remove the content_management_user permission from users you do not want to be able to use the Documents feature.

Customer has raised below security concern.
- Chat window allows users to share files. Documents feature allows them to upload files. During the review it was found that users can upload/exchange files with ".exe" extension as well and the maximum size limit is 2 GB. Can we implement restrictions on file size and file extensions? or disable these features at all?
