I am doing some background work on Self-Service IVRs among the Purecloud community. If you currently operate a IVR using Architect that allows your customers to interact and complete actions on their own before transferring to an agent
Can you provide a sample audio of your service?
I am hoping to improve our own self service IVR and reduce the complexity of it and make it more customer friendly.
