Certification and Training

Hoping someone may know the answer. I have a Beyond subscription and was able to Enroll for the Gen Cloud CX Professional Exam. When I go into the Self-Study courses, I can't enroll in those because they are locked. I did take them two years ago and wanted to take the Exam, but we were just getting started with Genesys so the timing wasn't right. 

Now I'd like to do the Exam and re-look over the course materials. Am I out of luck or would someone from Beyond be able to unlock those Self-Studies for me so I can go through the material again. Does anyone know offhand?

Hi, I think that when the courses are blocked it's because only the version with a teacher is available. I don't know why genesys decided to block self-learning material. Does anyone on the blog know anything more about this topic? Thank you

Yes, it appears that the only option I have currently is the instructor led option. I reached out to our Success Manager at Genesys to see if she can help or contact someone from Beyond.

Hi Seean, you say "have a Beyond subscription" but is that still current?  They usually only last 12 months,. as do any exam vouchers you've registered for and been given.  If the subscription has expired, sadly access to the courses within that subscription also get locked.  Hopefully one of the Beyond team chime in here but the usual response I've had in the past on behalf of clients is that a new subscription will need to be purchased.

My org did renew our training licenses and I got the exam voucher yesterday so my learning subscription must still be active. I had never gotten a voucher before so this is all new to me at the moment.

Okay then yes it does seem odd.  I can understand the other way around if there's no instructor available so nothing scheduled.  Can you maybe post a screenshot of the full screen showing what you're searching and filtering on and then hopefully one of the Beyond team will jump on asap.
