Hi All,
Looking to get some insight from other people on whether the option of 'Send a message' can be disabled or if their is a workaround so a customer isn't able to type freely in until the BOT option have been presented for selection (First BOT only). Picture to show customer is able to type - Meter Reading before the BOT presents any options.
What the customer types in at that point doesn't do anything and we are finding customers are getting frustrated in our process.
