Hi everyone, is it possible to send a message via alerte to user via API ?
I would like to do as at the end of this example, to be able to push a message via API with the alert functionality but I did not find it, if someone can help me!

Hello,
The example you are showing relies on Client apps (Embedded webapps) and the use of the Client App SDK to generate/display the alert. The request to display an alert is made from the embedded app (web app) [Client App SDK then transmits the request to the Genesys Desktop].
If your question is to have an external application/backend send a message to alert a specific user, it is not possible at this time with Platform API. I mean the request to display the alert must come from a client app (embedded webapp) running in the Genesys Desktop of the user who is supposed to be alerted.
