Is there a way to send an email from an in-bound call using a data action? Today, we pull custom attributes as part of the conversation details to send surveys via email. We would like to do something similar without it going to an Agent. For example, pull the email address from the Customer and send them an email without connecting to an Agent.
We are working with bot flows, is this something that a bot flow dialog engine can do for us?
Or, could we send an email using the "survey" option without it connecting to an Agent?

Thanks, @Jason_Mathison. I don't see when this feature will be available. Also, is there an option to do this via an API if the feature is not available yet?
@anon39326996, any chance you can provide an update on the Agentless email feature and when it will be available? Also, is there a beta that we can possibly get added to?

It will likely be another 3 months or so before it's available. I wanted to mention it as an option so you can best decide whether to go forward with another provider in the meanwhile or wait for this to become available.
