    Hello

    Can I send a parameter from one flow to another?

    For example, I have an IVR 1 and IVR 2. In IVR 1, I transfer to flow IVR 2, but I want to send some data, like queue name or queue ID. How can I do it?

    Use the Set Participant Data action in IVR 1 and the Get Participant Data action in IVR 2.
