I am trying to create an application that sends out SMS messages from a windows service. It will be hosted on an Azure VM so I will not be able to monitor it that much so i need to to run on it's own. I know I can't create conversations from client credentials, but is there another way to authenticate without requiring user interaction? If need be i can store the username and password but would rather not. Or is there another way to send out SMS messages besides creating a conversation and sending a message in that conversation?

PureCloud isn't meant to be an arbitrary outbound SMS service. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
Note that attempting to simulate an agent login without a human present will likely constitute abuse of the platform.

If you're looking for Outbound SMS Campaigns, there's already an Aha! idea for it, which is marked as "In Development": https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLDIG-I-85
