Thanks! Any idea how to forward to the ip in architect? Ie after choosing an option we forward the call out of the system to the ip. I tried putting the IP address in the transfer to number but it keeps throwing off an error.

You need to set up a trunk on BYOC Cloud (you need to add to your ORG if you don't have it) and specify the IP in the trunk.
