  • 1.  Sending Calls to External IP

    Hello all,

    I'm trying to forward some calls to another IP address outside our organization. Does anyone know how to set that up? I see incoming easy enough, it's outgoing that's stumping me.

    You need to set up a trunk on BYOC Cloud (you need to add to your ORG if you don't have it) and specify the IP in the trunk.

    Thanks! Any idea how to forward to the ip in architect? Ie after choosing an option we forward the call out of the system to the ip. I tried putting the IP address in the transfer to number but it keeps throwing off an error.

    You can't.  Joyfully have transfer to a fake number you put into your dual plan that will use the trunk you have to set up in the BYOC Cloud trunk.
