Hello!
I am trying to connect a 3dr party chat with an ACD queue. I'm using developer tools with the next path /api/v2/conversations/chats to create a webchat conversation. After that I want to send messages between 3dr party and ACD but I can't find the way to do it. When I use the element "ININ.webchat.create()" in developerTools an interaction is showed in the ACD screen and in the bottom there is an input chat. I want to replicate the sending messages in my custom chat using your API.
So, there is a way to replicate this behaviour?

PureCloud doesn't currently have APIs to allow you to send or receive chat messages. Currently, you can either use the PureCloud chat as-is or use 3rd party chat routing to route a chat, but the external solution must handle all media and present an appropriate UI to the agent. Keep an eye out for an announcement about releasing chat APIs in Q1 2019.
