The latest on this conversation was back in 2020 from what I found. I am looking, since there have been many updates since then, if any has seen any development around having the ability to send at least two auto emails to the customer? Like first one is when the first auto-reply generated is when the email first comes in and then transferred to ACD. The second auto-reply would be considered a status update if the email status has not changed from waiting in queue to answered. Like if after 48 hours, send a second auto reply to the sender of a status of their emails.
