We're exploring the possibility of sending an SMS from a short code during an IVR flow.
Our plan is to implement this using the Agentless SMS API.
Is this technically feasible within Genesys Cloud?
If yes, are there any specific limitations, prerequisites, or best practices we should be aware of?
