  • 1.  Sentiment Dialect en-GB rather than it-IT?

    Hi all,

    I'm having some issues setting the correct Dialect for a customers inbound email.

    The very first block in our architect flow set's the language as it-IT then we transfer to acd.

    Below is the transcript. You can see the first (bottom) message from the customer shows the Dialect as en-GB.

    Any advice on setting this to Italian?

    Do you have an In-Queue Email flow? If yes, what languages does it support?

    Hi George,

    Appreciate you taking the time to reply. In this case no in queue flow is defined (in architect or queue setting).

    Any other ideas?
