Workforce Engagement Management

Is there a limit to the number of phrases that an organization can add to sentiment feedback? Without this being division-aware, I just want to make sure that orgs with several departments using STA aren't running up against a limit like they (used to do) with Topics.

• Sentiment Feedback limits phrases to 350 characters for Korean, Chinese, and Japanese dialects.

Is there a separate limitation for double-byte characters sets?  I shows 2000 as the limit.  Dictionary is 500, which is way too low.
