    Is there a way to view the out of the box phrases for sentiment scores?  My goal is to tailor it to better fit my organization and how we would like to use the scores.  But currently I don't know which phrases would cause a positive, negative or neutral score.

    Hi Amanda,

    The sentiment model is an AI model trained with over a hundred thousand phrases, so unfortunately we can't share this data with you. Sentiment should work out of the box without needing any fine-tuning. If sentences are wrongly tagged, you can use Sentiment Feedback to correct the sentiment of the phrases.
