  • 1.  Sequential Call Group Members being called in reverse order

    Has anyone else's sequential groups start displaying this behavior?  We have an on call group that is set up to help with user issues, and now when you call the number for the group, it starts at the end of the list and works it's way up, instead of starting at the top.

    Hi Jason - I have not heard of this happening with any other customers.  Have you engaged Customer Care on this issue?   That would be the right starting point so we can take a look!

    Thank you, Trey.  I opened a case, but was curious if this was happening to anyone else.  It started last week for us last week, but we only noticed when the user at the end of the list was wondering why they were getting more calls than usual.

    I have this same issue. 

    5 users in group. and starting at number 5 and working way up.
