Where can i get the data for number of calls Abandon in 0 to 10 seconds.

You can use an analytics query and get the tShortAbandon metric. The threshold is based on your configured service levels.

I tried using this metric with conversation aggregate query endpoint , however it gives an error message as not supported metric

My apologies, I didn't notice tShortAbandon is still listed as in preview. It's tentatively slated for release this month. Keep an eye on the release notes.
Without that metric, you'll need to do a conversation detail query to identify abandons and perform a manual calculation on each conversation to determine how long it was in queue before abandoning.
