Wondering if anyone is having data anomaly issues with their service level.
I have found that at times the data changes from one day to the next even though I am running the report for the same day.
Example:
Reporting date - 30th Sept
Extracted data - 1 Oct; service level was 78% (calls offered 155, answered 153, abandon 2)
Extracted data - 2 Oct; service level was 76% (no change in calls offered, answered, abandon) The service level has dropped by 2
I have raised a docket to which a 'fix' was implemented however the issue still continues.
Just want to reach out to understand if anyone else is experiencing the same / similar issues.
