Hello Team, Our Agents are using iServe to accept their chat call. Once they receive the call we are seeing 2 issues.1) when agent accept the chat call, the chat window is not automatically . The Agent has to click chat icon to open the window2) the Window for chat is taking 10 to 15 seconds to open the chat
Please advise if anyone faced this issue
