    Hi, does anyone know or has anyone in their organisations integrated with the ServiceNow Platform?
    Our technolgy teams use it but they also use Purecloud to receive and make calls.

    I am aware of the alternative option to use the Purecloud Add-on in Chrome, but just wanted to check before going down that path.

    We used PureCloud for chrome to screen-pop contact workspace of ServiceNow in one of our project. Nothing fancy, but to some extend saved agents much time when a ACD calls come in.
