    Good day,

    I am looking for a solution to be able to add an expiration date to 'add scripter. Add to Do Not Call list click action' for inbound scripts. The use case would be that we have a borrower that is delinquent and is part of an outbound collections campaign but they call in before the outbound call and make themselves current. We want to prevent the outbound call but since inbound interactions cannot update outbound lists, we are using the DNC list option. The issue is that we don't want that contact to be DNC forever; just for a set amount of time like the outbound rule can do.

    Has anyone done a custom inbound script action to set an expiration date to the DNC list based on an inbound interaction? Is that even possible?
