    Beside a callcenter with 100+ seats I have a few other departments with a group (like Finance, HR etc). The employees are member of a group with an external number. But where can I set there outbound ani? HR has 3 members (communicate) and all members must place calls with the outbound ani of the group HR..... Tried everything but can't get it up and running. HELP!

    PureCloud was not designed with the capability of placing outbound calls on behalf of a group, only on behalf of an ACD queue. So, no designed way to set the ANI when they are wanting to call as though coming from the HR group.

     

    I can't think of a good work-around within PureCloud, sorry.
