Hi Team,
Are we able to set below variable to the participant on the existing convesationId using API. We need to route the email interaction to the Last Routed Agent from Architect flow. Trying to set the below key/value to the Participant Agent(purpose=Agent) Object. "usedRouting": "Last" Any idea /suggestions
