    is Genesys Cloud support a background music for IVR ?

    an film or entertainment industries required this to play their latest movie's songs as background in low bandwidth

    Hi George,

     For example IVR will include prompts like "welcome to xxx press 1 for xx and press 2 for xx" so on and background music prompt is executed separately in the background as a separate prompt and not merged with welcome prompt.

    Is this possible?
