    Hi everyone! 

    Please what exactly does it mean to make an activity code default? 

    Does this mean that I must mark as default all activities that routinely enter the scale of an agent? What impacts the results of having an activity marked as default or not?

    Or, if I have an activity code that is not standard, and at the time of construction of the scale, if there is no service level available, does the tool not insert that code?

    The default activity codes are the 'built-in' activity codes that are 1:1 to activity categories (Break, Meal, Meeting, Off Queue, On Queue, etc.). When you add additional activity codes those will always be non-default, but tie back to an activity category. So, default = built-in/original activity codes; non-default = any activity codes you add.
