  • 1.  Setting and Getting Participant Data

    ​ Admittedly I do not know what I'm doing, but I think I'm doing it correctly 

     

    Anyway, I'm using a Set Participant data and I would like to know if I have this setup correctly

    Set Data


    Then I want to do a Get Participant Date to read the value that was written in the Set Participant Data. Is this set correctly?

    Get Data

    Then I want to use the value returned in the Get Participant Date in a switch. Do I have this set correctly?

    Switch

    I must not as the flow is taking me to the default rather than case 1.

     

    Can someone set me on the right part?

    You just need to understand the right format when using different modes (Literal vs Expression) in your fields. I think your flow would work if you just removed the quotation marks from the value in the first "Set Participant Data" block.

    You are correct, we removed them and it is working.

    You are also correct that ​ understand the right format when using different modes (Literal vs Expression) would be a big help. Perhaps one day soon I can attend some training to learn what can be done and how to do it.
