    I have a few quick questions on setting up a group.   I setup a Group and added the users and a voicemail message.   

    If they select their RTC phone do they just get a phone call when someone dials that number?  Because it seems like there is no need to setup a Queue.

    Do all the phones for every user in the group ring at once?

    Lastly, the user is reporting that they don't see the option to go on and off queue.  Is there a certain setting for that?  Because I gave the communicate license.

    There is a lot of information on how group calls work in the Resource Center. Especially for the different ring types (Broadcast, Sequential, and Rotary).

    This is not ACD, so there is no Queue associated with the calls. Thus, there is no On Queue option for the users to enable in order to receive calls in the group.
