    New Feature: Share a Single Contact List Across Multiple Active Campaigns

    Previously, Genesys Cloud did not allow sharing a single contact list across multiple active outbound campaigns. Each campaign required its own dedicated list, which added complexity and made it harder to manage contacts consistently.

    With this enhancement, you can now associate a single contact list with multiple simultaneously active campaigns. This improves operational efficiency, reduces duplication, and ensures that updates to the list (such as adding, removing, or modifying contacts) are reflected across all campaigns that share it.

    Key benefits:

    • Simplified list management: Maintain one central list instead of duplicating it for every campaign.

    • Improved consistency: All active campaigns share the same updated contact data, reducing errors and mismatched records.

    • Operational efficiency: Easier to scale campaigns without creating and managing multiple copies of the same list.

    This feature provides greater flexibility in how you design and manage outbound strategies in Genesys Cloud, helping optimize resources while delivering a more consistent customer engagement experience.
