Greetings,
Our client's Contact Center users work in shifts so multiple users will share the same softphone. We realized that the softphone settings are stored somewhere in the OS user folder. Given this the softphone has to be provisioned at least one time for each user that uses a given workstation. The contact center users don't have fixed workstations. Is there a way have the softphone configured by machine?
