Correct, but that is no the issue.
Picture this: I'm user X and I install the softphone on workstation A. If a new user, let's say Y, logs into workstation A the sofphone is already installed but not provisioned because the provisioning configuration is under user A folder at Windows. In a call center with 4 shifts of 40 users that never stick to the same workstation we will have to provisioning 40 workstations for 160 users :s
Is there a way to overcome this?

I'm not sure what you are asking...the only way the PureCloud Softphone can be configured is by the workstation name.
