How can I send a complete evaluation to an agent's in box?

Perfect-thank you! This is just what I need. 

Do you have to wait 24hrs before the evaluations appear - we have followed the instructions here but the evaluations are not visible - please help!

Releasing the completed evaluation to an agent is part of the evaluation process. When the evaluator is finished responding to questions on the evaluation form, at the bottom there is a field called "Release the evaluation".   This is where you specify when to make it available for the agent to view and to sign-off on their own evaluations.  The Engage user role by default includes all of the required permissions for an agent to view and sign-off on a finished evaluation, and to play the associated recording.
