I'm working on Shift configuration; when I try to add an activity (e.g. Meeting or Break) pressing the "+" botton, I see an icon (a circle with a slash) and the selected activity is not added to my shift.

I currently can have only On-Queue Activity on my shifts.

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Hi Matteo. You should still be able to drag the activity to your shift, even if you see the circle slash icon. Can you confirm that you're able to do that?
