Hi Team,

I have a requirement of having all the agents under single Business unit. However, i would like to provide only day shift to all the female agents and they should allow to do shift trade with male employees/agents if the target shift is a day shift. Is this possible using the GC WFM OOB features and capabilities. If yes, please let me know your inputs and directions to achieve this. Thank you.

Hi Rajasekhar, 

at the moment there is no way for the admin to limit the time of offered Shift Trades between employees.

The employee can state the times "willing to work" when submitting/posting a trade request.

Alternative shifts might help, if the female employees work a flexible Work Plan and service levels and Alternate Shifts can be found they can trade with the System within the bounds of their Work Plan which would guarantee the traded shift is a day shift.

Could you please submit this as an idea to the Ideas Portal detailing your use case and any local employment agreements/regulations that may support the need for an enhancement like this?
