  • 1.  Shift Trades and Trade Rules

    Hello,
    With shift trades, you seem to be able to configure the trade for the incoming agent but not the outgoing agent. In the resource centre it has the steps:

    To specify these rules, perform the following steps:

    1. Under Activity Category Trade Rules, locate the activity category you want to configure.
    2. Next to the activity, select one of the following actions:
      • Do not allow trade: An agent cannot trade any shift that includes this activity.
      • Keep with Schedule: The activity given by one agent applies to the schedule received by the other agent.
      • Replace: The activity given by one agent does not apply to the schedule received by the other agent. Instead, the time range receives a selected activity.
      • Replace with: If you select Replace, then choose the activity that replaces the previous activity.

    These steps above only really apply one way. How can we apply changes to the other agent as well?

    Matching criteria requirements, shift trade rules, and activity category trade rules are all evaluated for both agents/sides - this has been true since initial release of shift trading. If you feel you have encountered an issue where this isn't the case, then I would suggest opening a support ticket.
