Hi,
My client has a Genesys Integration with Salesforce. They require a notification or alert to appear on their Salesforce screen when a customer does not pick up the phone for certain interactions. Basically, they require an alert on their screen for this event. I am interested in knowing if it is possible to show an alert for this event on a Salesforce screen, sent with the Genesys API, since I am not sure if it is even possible to show alerts on the native Genesys UI, using the Genesys Developer API, let alone in a Salesforce integration.
P.D: With alert I also mean for instance a Toast message
