Hi.
I´m trying to publish the customers name instead of conversations ID under "Waiting" and "Interacting" section when agents are looking at the Queue Activity.
We use a digital bot flow to ask for the customer name by using "ask for slot" function before we send the messages to the agents.
I´ve tried to both update and set participant data but I can´t find out what attribute I should update/set with the slot.name value.
Some examples of editing that I have tried:
Message.ConversationID
Message.Message.id
Session.ConversationId
messageId
ConversationId
And many more........
Has anyone managed to publish the name instead for ID when using the new web messenger flow and/or digital bot flow to send message interactions to queue?
