    Currently when looking at agent performance or status tabs ALL agents are listed including logged out ones.  How can I get that to only show agents who are logged in?

    Hi Vaun,

    I was looking for the same some time ago.

    There is no way to filter or sort users by status on the Agent Performance View but I've seen a couple of ideas in the portal.
