    HI all,
    I would like to ask the community if you have any experiences/information and resources about some possibility if its possible to present queue name on SIP hardware phone provisioned by Genesys Cloud (BYOC Cloud) and not only the phone number of the caller in case of incoming ACD interaction.

    There is now way to currently change the Remote Name like we can in PureConnect.  There is an entry on the Idea site.  The other option would be to populate the local phone directory which should show instead of what is being sent.
