We are using Purecloud's API to route tasks to our agents (I think it is known as 3rd party emails) - so such task appears as email in Purecloud, bit without body. Instead of body, we use attributes and display them in via Script. Problem is that agent working with such tasks has by default "Profiles" tab visible and needs to switch to "Script" tab manually. Sometimes agent isn't aware of it and closes the task as it seems empty... Is there some way how to configure Purecloud to show Script tab immediately for 3rd party emails?

Product configuration questions should be raised on the PureCloud Community Forum or via opening a case with PureCloud Care. This forum is specific to API usage and customizations.
